Train remote sellers to sell a fully revamped co-brand card portfolio, quickly and compliantly.

The American Express–Delta Co-Brand team needed an engaging self-service training solution to help sellers better understand and promote its updated card portfolio in key U.S. airports. Collaborating closely with both American Express and Delta, we developed a co-branded experience that blended the strengths of each brand, resulting in a balanced, unified approach that felt authentic to both partners. The new interactive training site transformed static webinar content into a dynamic, on-demand learning experience. Designed for clarity and retention, the platform guided sellers through each card’s unique benefits and value proposition using intuitive, visual learning tools. This reimagined approach not only made training more accessible and engaging but also led to measurable improvements—reducing compliance issues and significantly increasing sellers’ understanding of the product portfolio.
