Welcome new American Express card members and enable them to easily and quickly begin using their corporate card accounts.
A suite of engaging videos and infographics were created to simplify the account setup process, accelerate rewards enrollment, and increase benefit utilization for new card members. According to American Express, the overall onboarding process was a huge success. The design assets played an important role in getting new card members up to speed quickly with their new accounts in an engaging and approachable way.
